POANCHED LABAHITA

INGREDIENTS;
3 cups chicken broth
1 cup white wine
½ tsp vinegar
2 pcs calamansi juice
½ tsp salt
1 kilo fillet of labahita  ( Sturgeon Fish )

Here’s how to make it;

1.       Using a heavy frying pan combine the chicken broth, White wine, vinegar, calamansi and salt. Simmer mixture.
2.       When the mixture is hot enough, add labahita fillets and cover. Cook for 10 minutes when done, carefully remove the fish fillets and transfer on a serving dish. Set aside.
3.       Allow liquid mixture to boil anew until it becomes thick. Stir over the labahita. Alternatively, liquid mixture may be discharge and labahita fillets can be serves with desired sauce.Top of For
