1 whole bangus, cleaned, gutted and sliced into serving portion
1 large onion, sliced
2 tomatoes, sliced 3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp. patis
1 packet sinigang tamarind mix
1 cup water Cooking oil
Here's how to make it;
1. Steam the bangus and flake off its meat. Set aside.
2. Saute garlic, onion, and tomatoes. Stir a little. Pour water and season with patis.
3. Add the banugs flakes, followed by the tamarind mix. Stir.
4. Simmer until liquid has reused. Served immediately
